I’m Psalm Lewis, founder of Collard Gal and I’m so glad you

found your way here today.

Chances are your weight has been an issue for you for a long time.  Maybe you’ve tried a variety of diets and other weight loss programs, only to fall back into your old habits, and end up worse than before, with more guilt, more shame and more discouragement.
I know how you feel.

I am a diet industry survivor and as the pictures below will show you, I finally was able to lose 230 pounds and keep it off, through a combination of strategies that I can reveal to you here.


I received my health coach training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, and am a Certified Alissa Cohen Living Food Chef Instructor.
